STYLE YOUR HOME FOR SALE
Transform your home
WHY STYLE RATHER THAN STAGE?
We know presentation is essential when selling your home. Spruce NZ is an alternative to home staging and here's why:
It's cost effective
Live in your own home while on the market
You can take your spruced up style to your new home
You are not hiring any items but styling with your existing furniture and décor
You are not locked into a contract or timeframe
HOW IT WORKS
We meet with you for an hour room-by-room walk through .
We help you figure out your style and how you can use what you have, along with some fresh new accessories, de-cluttering and optimising your layout, to create a home that will appeal to buyers. Then a few hours before your photographer comes in we help you style your home to look amazing in your photographs (yes there is an art to it!).
Have a look at some of our before and after's below:
To work with you to create beautifully styled spaces while meeting your creative brief. We endeavour to transform your home, leaving your interior spaces refreshed and ready for the market.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
A Consultation Report (step-by-step action plan) on how to transform and enhance your home
A two hour Photo-Ready-Style which is carried out after you have actioned all the points in your report. This style creates that all important wow factor which is needed for marketing photographs as well as open homes.
We have workable time frames when executing the transformation
"I recently listed my house for sale and decided to dress it myself.
I thought I was reasonably stylish, but just couldn’t get the wow thing going. I sent out a desperate SOS txt to Heather. She whizzed round and like a fairy godmother she changed my house from drab to fab, even using most of my stuff!"
"As an award winning real estate salesperson Spruce NZ is a crucial part of our business. We send Spruce into all our properties that are not staged and the end result for photos and Open Homes is simply outstanding - I just couldn't service my clients so well without them!"
